Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize opportunities through regular market visits and market development initiatives.
- Generate and follow-up on potential sales leads.
- Motivate the sales force to proactively and continuously develop themselves to meet the changing needs of businesses and adopt corporate sales techniques.
- Use analytical, creative and interpersonal skills to build relationships with relevant corporate houses and grab the new sales opportunities.
- Execute sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with prospective clients of all management levels.
- Provide input regarding the strategic direction of the business and the functionality and launch of new products and services.
- Keep abreast of external factors influencing employee benefit business e.g. competition, economic, cultural, geographical factors and procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commitments and pipeline development reports.
- Help develop campaigns to create awareness of employee benefit business.
- Adhere to company sales policies and procedures.
- Support achievement of the MetLife’s vision, values, goals and culture.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Business, or Economics from a reputed university.
- An MBA is a plus.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record.
- Prior experience in Corporate Sales or Corporate Account Management is preferred.
- Strong network in the corporate sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bangla and English.
