Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a risk-based annual audit plan through continuous assessment of internal and external business risk
- Execute audit plan within the stipulated time and cost as well as based on department guidelines and standards
- Develop process maps, conducts testing, and assists with the preparation of audit reports
- Consults with clients in developing action plans to resolve related control issues and risks; handles the resolution of identified issues with management
- Monitor progress and adequacy of actions taken to rectify audit issues
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the process owners and business management to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls and business processes.
- Perform a comprehensive program of audit activities including financial/compliance audits, operational and special assignments of a highly complex and/or sensitive nature and reports results to the IA Management.

Educational Requirements:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting/Business Administration from any reputed university
- CIA/CA (or partially qualified) will be preferred.
Required Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in audit and/or compliance
