Medtronic is hiring Associate Supply Chain Analyst 2021 in Dhaka.
The Associate Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the operational activities within the Customer Care & Supply Chain (CC&SC) team, performing work such as the end-to-end processing of local customer sales orders, coordination of import documentation, and support of warehouse operations.Besides internal stakeholders, the individual will have some interaction with external agencies in line with local importation requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and troubleshoots (where necessary) incoming work orders, processing them as SAP Customer Orders, before proceeding to DN creation and Invoicing
- Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch of customer orders
- Communicates order status to internal stakeholders
- Import Documentation: Coordinates and / or prepares documentation to facilitate the importation of product into the country, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates with external parties to secure Letter of Credit (LC), Pro-Forma Invoice (PI) and LC Insurance
- Prepares compliant import documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Consolidates necessary documentation and information to facilitate the payment of customs duties.
- Coordinates local shipment and invoicing
Organizes and tracks monthly inventory cycle count

Eligibilities
- 2+ years of experience in a customer care or operations role.
- Experience in medical device or healthcare industry preferred but not required
- Experience in SAP, ServiceMax, and other ERP / CRM systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Solution orientated with a “can do” attitude and proactive, bias for action nature
- Results orientated – Self-motivated and positive
- Fluent in English
- MS Office Intermediate Proficiency
- Tertiary degree
