Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of outgoing and incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads by providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Doctors’ accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/Commercial team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of Doctor Interactions, process Doctor Accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Search for new drugs and list them in the system as per demand.
- Take the extra mile to engage Doctor
Medilife Solution is an integrated health-tech platform with an in-chamber solution combined with e-prescription management. With this software, Doctors can easily generate prescriptions and there is no hassle of handwriting. In addition, patients can book doctor appointments and view their health records through app. Our user-friendly interface and latest features help to generate prescriptions at a faster pace and help doctors to meet more patients.
A Customer Experience Executive, or CSE, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our Doctor accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. A customer experience executive is charged with establishing customer service guidelines set by the organization. This individual will be responsible for corresponding with inbound and outbound calls.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Graduate from a reputed university.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in Customer Service/ Call Centre.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suites.
