Lidl Asia Pte. Limited is looking for Human Resources Manager (Bangladesh) 2022, in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide all round daily HR support including day to day personnel administration services, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management.
- Work with leaders and people managers to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and forecast, performance management, talent acquisition and talent review mapping and development.
- Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures.
- Ensure all relevant labor and commercial legislation are in line with corporate guidelines.
- Manage the monthly payroll administration.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Administer HR related documentation and maintain benefits scheme.

Eligibilities
- University graduate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in HR.
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation of Bangladesh. Knowledge of Bangladesh.
- Independent, detail minded and self motivated with great initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
