Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO in fundraising activities, including preparing financial documentation, conducting due diligence, and engaging with potential investors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential investors within the edtech sector, staying updated on active investors and industry trends.
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare statistical reports, and contribute to financial planning activities.
- Create compelling presentations and documentation for investor pitches, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with Lead Academy’s growth objectives.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on startup fundraising, VC, or financial institutes as an analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis and statistics.
- Excellent proficiency in preparing documentation, presentation tools and financial software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in fundraising activities within the startup ecosystem would be a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business, or related field.
