Key Responsibilities:
- Handle any escalated complaint cases
- Setup and maintain chatbot (separate training will be provided)
- Support the coaching and management of agents
- Support the monitoring of the key metrics (such as average speed of answer, abandoned calls, etc)
- Support the management team in the maintenance of various reports
- Perform other duties for the team, or any other duties assigned by the Manager

Eligibilities
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or college experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience in service, customer support, food & beverage, retail, or other high volume eCommerce platforms
- Required languages – English, Bengali (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a logistics or start-up the environment would be an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (weekends, early mornings, late nights, and occasional holidays)
