Job Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Mindset:
- To use all available conversion data to make informed decisions in optimizing PPC campaigns not limited to Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Ensuring to hit main KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, within the given budget
- Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social: Have hands-on executional experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, other paid social platforms.
- Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels & learn from them including but not limited to A/B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.
- Monitoring and daily adjustments of paid advertising campaigns for Google, Facebook and programmatic display ads to maintain target KPI’s.
- Identify potential content, keyword trends, and opportunities that we can take advantage off
- Assist in the analysis of customer persona study.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing for e-commerce or tech industries
- Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and application of advanced setup functionality with paid ads for SEM and PPC
- A strong understanding of ad formats in Social Media Ads and Google
- Experience in setting up re-marketing ads and A/B Testing
- Experience in conducting SEO optimization, keyword analysis, conversion optimization, and conducting content marketing
- Experience in daily monitoring of performance in digital channels and budget management
- Familiarity with Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager and other digital marketing tools
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- An analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Independence, drive and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English is a must
