Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical supports to all relevant parties during briefing, sampling, and production
- Making production technical packs which are as per the briefing and correct as per production guidelines
- Arrange training and on-going training to all relevant parties including team members, suppliers, and merchandisers
- Make sure PT work adherence to Kmart policy, standard, process and align with strategy
- Evaluate QA and PP samples for fitting and set standards for bulk
- Work with suppliers on training to get correct samples at first time
- Carry out line review with teams
- Drive projects, e.g.: sample right first time, fit projects.
- Work with teams and Suppliers on risk assessment, failure analysis, production and claim investigation, problem solving, correction action planning and continuous quality improvement
- Work on constant updating of SOP and Manuals in place
- Escalate to high level on outstanding and critical issue
- Train suppliers for constant updates and improvements

Eligibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in an international sourcing office
- Technical skills (pattern making, product safety and manufacturing guidelines)
- Detailed knowledge of production processes
- Knowledge on 3D fitting software, PLM would be preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, time management and organisational skills
- High sense of integrity
