JTI is hiring Production Coordinator 2022 in Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare manufacturing KPI reports and provide feedback
- Develop and implements of Production documentation relevant to complete assigned tasks, along with quality system documentation in the operation field, taking into consideration updates of these documents.
- Responsible of assurance of proper work conditions in Production area, factory safety rules, inspects and guarantees employees awareness and abidance by the safety rules in coordination with EHS Department
- Order and supply in the production of all the necessary means to work (tools, office fixture, etc.)
- Responsible for production facilities housekeeping standards – 5S3R implementation as a “way of life” in all production related facilities
- Provide Production personnel with relevant training on the job, EHS, KAIZEN, continuous improvement and other training programs
- Cooperation with other company organizational units to support different cross functional tasks

Eligibilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor in Engineering from reputed University
- Experience in working in production departments or in production plant. Experience with production organization, KPI reporting, training organization will be an additional advantage.
- Fluent in English, Computer Skills (MS Office), SAP Knowledge
