Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Supply Planning process, Focusing on short term Supply Planning.
- Generate Short/ Medium term Master Production Scheduling and material Requirement Planning.
- Inventory management of FG, NTM, Leaf. Monitor age analysis of leaf/ NTM in stock.
- Crisis management (short term, medium term). Control, coordinate and improve implementation of short/mid/long term production plans as well as investigate, propose, and implement ways to optimize costs and processes.
- Identify potential Bottlenecks on FG Production, including Key suppliers and propose ways to resolve them at optimal cost.
- Control, coordinate and improve implementation of short/mid/long term production plans as well as investigate, propose, and implement ways to optimize costs and processes.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs like OEE, yield improvement, savings generation.
- Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods and semi-finished goods demand; Highlight short/medium term exceptional cases.
- Work with capacity utilization & identification of capacity expansion when needed.
- Work Closely with Demand planning to drive complexity reduction in terms of SKU.
- Long-term planning – participation in the development of a 3-years ASP plan.
- Production planning optimization to ensure production continuity and process control.
- Material planning optimization to ensure production continuity and process control.
- Write off reduction and savings generation.
- Sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.
- Run up/ run down of all materials in times of innovations to ensure limited.
- Deliver the business supply planning process, particularly the annual supply planning process, to ensure a robust supply plan is issued to the manufacturing sourcing units and sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.
- Run up/ run down of all materials in times of innovations to ensure limited business waste and on time availability of new materials.
- Monitor NPD & ensure appropriate early management rigor in delivering new products through Wider SC. This includes early management of write-offs for FG, NTM, leaf because of Launch.
- Maintain Master Data integrity in the system for both IBP and SAP.
- Conduct Global Supply Chain Planning Cycle in IBP Every Month as per Global Planning Calendar.
- Analysis capacity scenario & loading level for short term & long-term scenario to raise flag foreseeing criticality & recommend possible way outs.

Eligibilities
- B.Sc. Engineering Degree from reputed university. Advanced professional certification or academic degree in supply chain management preferred.
- Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in Planning/Supply Chain.
- Computer Skills (MS Office), multiple stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, SAP Knowledge will be preferred
