Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring Facilities Administrator (Procurement Executive) 2021 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

Be responsible for Statutory compliance program for sub vendors. In consultation and collaboration with FM team leads oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub-contractor service delivery across all sites. Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across Bangladesh sites by providing a seamless interface into central procurement. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity. Understand the Procurement Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures. Oversee the development and management of the sub contracted services budgets. Support the Facility Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for clients. Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by Country Lead. Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the team. Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards. Share bench marks data & best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Jones Lang LaSalle. Be the overall lead for Procurement + Sourcing + Contract Management in Bangladesh.
