Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure required facility services for HQ and regional sales offices, ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
• End to end fleet management for all market vehicles and shared responsibility on GSC and GLT vehicles manage driver lifecycle management
• Manage expat lifecycle for Market, GSC, and GLT (visa, work permit, new assignment, housing, schooling, repatriation, etc.)
• Regular engagement with Government organizations to ensure support for day-to-day business activities (BIDA, Immigration, passport office, Police (SB, NSI), Road transport authority (BRTA), etc.)
• Maintain contacts with different private organizations like hotels, airlines, etc. to ensure smooth support to business
• Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure all operations adhere to policies, compliance, and regulations
• Organize and supervise other activities (renovations, event planning, execution, etc.)
• Ensure employee wellbeing through maintaining health safety protocol in office and work premises
• Ensure employee health care through emergency medical & doctor support
