Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure activities as per warehouse operational process control & procedures.
• Picking, staging, labelling, and loading of all materials and verify the accuracy.
• Check incoming materials to make sure all ordered materials meets quality standards and quantity as per PO and challan & receive Tax Stamp as per challan.
• Create system GR with matching PO, Challan & with physically stock.
• Assure that all items received from production are received properly, verified, and keeping to the proper storage location.
• Arrange all warehouse storage in an orderly fashion to insure first-in and first-out (FIFO) rotation is maintained.
• Keep record of any movement of materials in register & system.
• Manage and report the status of all material handling equipment’s to ensure their maintainability to avoid equipment failure.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all other functions and warehousing staff.
• To supply the materials right time, right materials, right place without hampering the production.
• To ensure maintaining FEFO/FIFO during issuing the materials.
• Responsible for sharing all weekly/monthly report from warehouse to respective department.
• Keep all the receiving & issuing documentation for reporting purpose.
• Ensured real time counting after receiving & issuing the materials.
• Perform cycle counts and inventories of all materials.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy which is the core job in warehouse.
• Ensure health and safety according to EHS, 5S3R processes and programs, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
• Compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and implement requirements.
• Work with each warehouse to ensure they are achieving/growing all warehouse KPI’s while at the same time looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and reduce cost.
