Jabed Agro Food Processing Limited is hiring Junior Officer- Admin in Dhaka.
Responsibilities
- Perform all office administrative work; maintain records, files and documents and role playing as PS to Managing Director.
- Take cost control measures in all operational and administrative functions, check bills, vouchers etc.
- Maintain and update safety and security systems. Ensure safety and security of corporate office through proper planning and execution of the security system.
- Look after legal matters including dealing with law enforcing agencies as and when required.
- Space management of the corporate office and maintain all fixed and movable assets of the establishment.
- Supervise all types of procurement and provide logistic support for the company’s.
- Arrange utility support services and take preventive measures to avoid any hamper normal office functioning.
- All Kind of Expatiate document, make changes and amendments if required.
- All factories/Corporate office various types of licenses renewal and application.
- Maintain corporate office dining issue, purchase weekly grocery and refreshing items, and also bill process and payment.
- Daily supervise the bill issue and produce to payment purpose.
- Ensure office cleanliness through preparation of checklist, monitoring cleaning work and maintain regular communication with outsourced cleaning company for smooth service.
- Liaison with internal & external stakeholders to create awareness regarding housekeeping, fire, health & safety issues as per Company policy procedures and program through team members.
- Responsible for wastage management.
- Monitor worker/Staff dining facilities of lunch management.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Communicate with senior level for general operations.
- Responsible for making & renewal of various agreement like Wastage, Hospital, Vehicle, Security Service, Cleaning Service etc.
- Ensure Buyer’s,Guest & other’s entertainment.
- Accomplish any other task assigned by Management.
