Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a large team (50-100) of individuals passionate about analytics for life sciences.
- Maintain close working relationships with partners, development, QA and delivery leads.
- Interface with various solution/business areas to understand the requirements and support the development.
- Guide innovation and build new capabilities to solve complex healthcare and life science problems using modern techniques such as ML and Generative AI
- Manage and navigate through frequent changes and competing priorities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and champion product management disciplines for a team.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience building, managing, and driving analytics innovation for life science domain.
- Strong understanding of the full analytics space from data management to insights generation covering Machine Learning, Generative AI and Dashboarding / Reporting
- Background in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Industry required.
- Proven understanding of guiding initiatives for complex analytics platforms with technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Kubernetes
- Experience building data led applications with technologies such as Angular, Python, .NET preferred.
