INTERSPORT China is recruiting PMD-Apparel 2021.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities：

• MANAGE ALL FACTORIES TO EXCELLENCE
  • Guarantee that suppliers have competent merchandising Teams located in factories
  • Train suppliers & factories on IOF expectations & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Coach suppliers and each factory to follow IOF Strategies, Guidelines & SOP at all times
  • Implement systematic corrective actions with practical involvement on spot to GET THINGS DONE
• SECURE MATERIAL for SMS & BULK through T1 FACTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Delegate material follow-up to T1 material teams. Build check points and alarm systems to anticipate and prevent problems in the early stages of material production
  • Secure SMS material lab-dips/ strike-off with priority on SMS deadline
  • Monitor the reliability of material follow-up & guarantee that reality matches follow-up status
  • Negotiate solutions with T1 to secure SMS & BULK requirements (Timing-Quality-Quantity)
  • Guarantee that bulk materials & trims are ready in T1 factories on time for production starting date
  • Monitor material bulk quality in collaboration with MDV & IOF Lab. Secure material bulk quality reports
• LEAD PRODUCT INDUSTRIALISATION from ORDER ALLOCATION to OK PRODUCTION
  • Support IIC Dev during Counter Sample process & secure file transfer to IOF after order allocation
  • Manage T1 to secure attractive SMS On-Time according to IIC adjusted requirements (accurate)
  • Guarantee PPS quality using BULK materials/ trims, following IOF GQ corrections (fitting & workmanship)
• SECURE PRODUCTION SET-UP
  • Verify that factories have production capacities available for IOF according to sourcing allocation plan
  • Verify that Bulk production is positioned in the IOF allocated factory
  • Guarantee that Bulk materials & trims are ready in factory on time for production starting date
  • Secure PP quality on time – Secure a SEALED SAMPLE in factory & office
  • Secure OK PROD with connected departments (GQ-GS) – Guarantee production ONLY starts after OK PROD
• ACTIVELY FOLLOW-UP BULK PRODUCTION
  • Manage (coach/verify) factory MD to input accurate production status in Milestones system
  • Delegate order follow-up to factories. Monitor the reliability and accuracy of Milestones’ information
  • Secure that production starts On-Time with verified bulk material Quality and Quantity
  • Data-analyze Milestones’ reports to implement corrective actions accordingly
  • Guarantee that factory is implementing corrective actions early in the process for QUALITY & DIFOT
• SECURE BULK QUALITY & DIFOT with SYSTEMATIC FACTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Identify ETD and/or Quality deviance in early stages – Secure & negotiate ETA with transportation solutions
  • Adjust ETD pro-actively according to actual verified production status (as last option)
  • Provide proactive information & solutions for OPD to communicate with N/Os
