Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- MBA in HR or PGDHRM (equivalent); SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR certifications a plus.
- 5-7 years in HR management, with 3+ years in team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bengali.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- People-oriented, results-driven, and able to build effective relationships across all levels.
