Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns
- Manage lead lists, distribution of team tasks and organization of team space
- Leverage audience segmentation knowledge to create and optimize targeted paid campaigns
- Run point on campaign launch operations and campaign reconciliation
- Optimize documentation and processes to ensure streamlined, cross-team operations
- Promote engagement with decision-makers in niche audiences by identifying key trends and topics
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery
- Gain experience with several content marketing and advertising platforms

- Impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to have a healthy overlap with the US office.
- Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple/concurrent multi-channel campaigns
- Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking skills
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience with various marketing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Experience with JIRA a plus
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, targeting and bidding a nice to have
