Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing regional collection strategies.
- Coordinate activities of team members to ensure a smooth and efficient overdue collection in the region
- Training and guiding collection officers.
- Evaluating the team members’ performance.
- Motivating the team members & steering their performance to meet the company expectations.
- Travelling any place to the assigned region as and when required.
- Analyzing the collection results and metrics.
- Liaising and visiting relevant stakeholders e.g; client, personal guarantor, market committee and local influential personnel to maintain good portfolio health
- Keeping Incremental Provision, NPL & PAR ratio at minimum level.

Eligibilities
Education
- Four Year Graduation or a Post-Graduation preferably in Business Administration or related field from any recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 year(s) experience as a Regional Collection Manager.
