Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Director, Nutrition and Clinical Services Division (NCSD) will Lead and effectively manage a team of research staff to implement a thematic transformative research agenda with the objective of translating research to influence national policies, achieving excellence in priority research areas, providing services that leverage research and developing institutional capacities within the international standards of research; and organisational values and guidelines.

Eligibilities
- MD (or equivalent MBBS degree plus additional advance degree in a specialty). Considerable administrative experience in management of a hospital or clinical department and clinical or public health research desirable. Experience in acute respiratory infection and/or clinical nutrition a plus.
- Minimum 15 years work experience in leading population-based health research in national/international organizations;
- Experience in managing multi-donor and multi-partner large research projects.
