Huntsman Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Representative 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures EHS and other Regulatory Compliance in area of customer service functions.
- Ensure process compliance for the assigned responsibility.
- Receive customer order and verify all the required information i.e. product, price, quantity incoterm etc.
- Order processing considering the forecast check for each item.
- Check material availability in terms of quantity, date of delivery, plant assigned to sales order and provide order confirmation appropriately to the customer.
- Proactive communication with Sales/customer in case of material unavailable to avoid loss of opportunity.
- Inform and coordinate with customer, Sales and Credit management for release of credit hold for orders to hit the planned OTIF.
- Create delivery order and coordinate with logistics / 3PL for order execution.
- On-time communicate with sales/customer for dispatch details.
- Act as single point for contact for sales/customer.
- In case of exceptions, special effort to be out in to deliver customer delight.
- Track the KPIs & put best effort to achieve within specified timeframe.
- In case of deviation, a robust RCA & action plan to be worked out to bridge the gap.
- Sample order management, Direct Indent order management & Credit/Debit note preparation as & when needed.
- Customer Master Data Management & MIS in agreed frequency.
- Record management as per approvals method (DOA), retention policy, inter/external Audits, SOX guidelines etc.

Eligibilities
- Graduate & Post Graduate Degree in any Discipline
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer service & Order Management. Sound SAP system knowledge. LC documentation Strong ownership, and be able to work well under pressure
- Customer service oriented and Action Focused
- Good knowledge in SAP (02C Process)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially excel skills & PPT
- Letter of Credit documentation and processing.
