Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationship and retain the existing customers through selling and cross selling the bank’s WPB Products and maintains set service standards to ensure quality services to the customers.
- Drive through set strategy and generate lead by proper analysis of the portfolio.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Identify, reengineer and improve existing process and service of WSB and WPB with a view to increase efficiency and optimize cost, manages projects as assigned by management.
- Maintain and develop awareness among staff of operational risks and minimize the likelihood of its occurrence, implements and observes Group compliance policy.
- Mentor personal bankers and take refreshing sessions regarding product knowledge and service issues.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating.
- Planning, organising, problem solving analytical skills and team management skill.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant group compliance, operation standard, audit and risk standards.
- Proven track record in relationship management in the retail sector.
