Job Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Ensure safety, follow procedures (GWP, JPT, LST, SOP).
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment (instruments, VSD, Weigh Feeder, DCS, PLC).
- Provide technical support and install new equipment.
- Perform maintenance and assist with spare parts planning.
- Learn during commissioning and train subordinates.
Challenges:
- Overcome learning curve in cement process automation and train less experienced staff.
Management:
- Maintain, calibrate, and repair instruments and systems.
- Handle breakdowns, laboratory checks, and report to management.
- Ensure safety, PPE usage, and proper documentation.
- Implement improvements and take on additional tasks.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering preferably from any reputed Public University.
- Minimum 5 years in the relevant field in any Process or Heavy Industry.
- Can-do attitude and extra effort during emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of process automation in cement/heavy industries.
- Skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments (sensors, switches, transmitters) and equipment (gas analyzers, VSDs, UPS, XRF, pyrometers).
- Experienced with DCS/PLC maintenance and programming.
- Ability to interpret drawings/documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
