Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support company objectives.

- Partner with managers to enhance leadership capability, coaching them on best HR practices.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth, aligning with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and employee well-being by driving engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights that influence decision-making.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- At least 7 years of varied experience within the HR function, including a minimum of 1-2 years in HR Business Partnering.
- Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
- Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business
- Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes
- A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player.
