Job Responsibilities:
- Be the People Ambassador.
- As HR Business Partner, you are the co-pilot to drive the people and organization agenda together with business managers.
- You need to take the ownership of promoting fairness, long-term retention, people development and the engagement of every team member.
- You will develop a thorough understanding of the business goals and objectives while aligning HR services with management needs and requirements.
- Learn the business objectives, its’ future business direction, and links HR strategy with business deliverables. You will only be able to do so by developing trust with the specialist HR functions and collaborate with them to drive results.
- Optimize transformational change efforts by providing consulting support, guidance and a framework for leading and managing change.
- Participate in strategic workforce planning and organizational re-design while maintaining an overview of future needs, exit risks, and succession planning promote a proactive people strategy.
- Act with high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.

- At least 7-9 years of diverse work experience in HR
- Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
