They are looking for a marketing lead who will prepare the road-map for the nation-wide roll-out, set sales goals and ensure that the product is market ready and the market is ready for the product.
Responsibilities
- Growing an innovative, agile and streamlined Marketing & Sales department.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating off- and on- line marketing strategies.
- Developing CholPori pricing strategies that are competitive and democratic.
- Research and analysis of private and public education sectors in Bangladesh.
- Setting and following long and short term sales goals.
- Creating demand and raising awareness of CholPori as a holistic learning aid.
- B2B sales to schools
- B2C sales to parents and tutors
- Continuously and methodically assessing customer needs through surveys, conversations and analytics.
- Developing and managing nationwide advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Data analysis and product testing across multiple target audience groups.
- Building brand awareness and determining positioning in the education and publishing sectors.
- Planning and coordinating physical and online events which are memorable, wholesome and effective in building brand awareness and loyalty.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing (deep understanding of Adworks, Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Ads and other online marketing tools in our current context).
