Responsibilities
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to who will provide us with new and creative contents. Your job is to maintain our social media groups to make Guerniss stand out to people and mainatain high standard of Guerniss’s online and media presence.
- Managing and growing multiple large social media profiles, whilst maintaining a consistent high-quality brand image with every post.
- Engaging with our customer community on our social platforms, groups.
- Creating unique posts that meet specific objectives (engagement, clicks, etc.).
- Curating images, text, and videos to provide value to our followers.
- Making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and post quality in our groups.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team on the creative aspects of the social ads.
- Staying current with the latest social media updates and trends.
- Following up the Brand Promoters every day regarding attendance, makeover and other forms of discipline.
- Creating reports.
Guerniss is a prominent Skincare & Beauty brand in Bangladesh for the last 6 Years it has been tested by its own specialists & volunteers and has also been certified by the relevant bodies.

Eligibilities
- Minimum; Graduation in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in a respected field is required. However, Freshers can also apply.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle people.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Computer skills mainly MS Office and Browsing/ Surfing.
