This role will be responsible for developing the assigned market by executing distribution and retail channel strategies to gain maximum trade push and provide the best customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a designated territory market in collaboration with assigned partners and relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and own a business plan to achieve sales ambitions for designated territory
- Understand local consumer behavior, analyze market demand, and identify opportunities
- Ensure presence in the market through regular visits, establish trade relationship and educate the channel partners
- Ensure optimum availability of products and promote current market offers
- Ensure proper visibility and brand presence into the respective territory
- Manage distribution operation for assigned Distribution House (DH), develop and lead DH SalesForce
