Grameenphone is hiring Head of Service Governance And Delivery 2022 in Dhaka.
Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to provide technical leadership to deliver services with quality operation efficiently and manage business processes to meet customer satisfaction effectively in central operation as well as to ensure vendor management framework from a central point, whilst ensuring that best practice guidelines and approaches always adhered to, for smooth operation.
Job Responsibility:
- Assure establishment of strong & productive relationship with managed service partner for managing effective service performance with desired quality and in line with contract.
- Lead analysis & development of processes, procedures and methods to promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification and discontinuance.
- Effectively manage service level agreements (SLAs) in relation to existing services, ensuring the SLAs are achieved; service quality and customer expectations are met or exceeded from vendor.
- Arrange Quality assurance checks, forums, technical surgeries and audits as part of a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) philosophy in function.
- Manage the development and maintenance of associated operational Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), ensuring that associated activities are delivered within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Manage service review meetings to monitor operational performance, quality and process; identify issues and track resolution within agreed timescales.

Eligibilities
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate in Telecom or Engineering, Business Management
- 10+ Years of experience in Telecom or Mobile industry in the fields of Planning, Operations Management or Quality and Performance Management
