Job Responsibility:
- Act as 1st and 2nd line of support center for B2B IoT, Mobility Solutions and Cloud MSP related products and solutions
- Maintain SLA for each line of product/ solution for temporary or permanent resolution
- Provide insight to backend Business DevOps team and product team supporting the CI/CD processes
- Continuously remain updated on new releases of features, functions and capabilities through a structured approach

Eligibilities
Education & Experience Requirements:
- BSc or higher in ICT/ Computer/ Telecommunications/Electrical & Electronic/ Electrical & Communication Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience in relevant platform service assurance related activities
