Job Description
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Gather, mine, or acquire data from internal and external sources and organize data into analytics systems/programs.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Create comprehensive data visualization to present and communicate across internal stakeholders.
- Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Own the development of product requirements documents for specific features.
- Develop product roadmaps and maintain a groomed backlog.
- Perform product demos.
- Recommend solutions based on analytics and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with the technology team constantly to optimize database and data flow.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s products to competitors’ products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Undergo Quality Assurance procedures to ensure smooth flow of deliverables, flagging issues with their concerned departments and solving them.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in any field
- At least 2 year of experience as a Product Analyst/Manager in a startup environment
- Experience with the SDLC, and driving development in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Candidates must have demonstrated UI/UX experience
- A data-driven individual, with an ability to use analytics, market research, competitor analysis, and use own instincts to improve existing products and help define new propositions and offerings.
- Must have experience devising and implementing Quality Assurance and UAT methodologies
- Must be comfortable preparing, understanding, and analyzing technical documentation
- You love to take ownership of every task and get the work done
- You like to take initiative and love unlimited vacation days
- Most importantly have the true passion to be part of the team which aims to disrupt the travel tech industry.
