Job Description
- Responsible for 360 degree communication and the POC for the whole Hotel team
- Relationship management with each and every Property personnel – starting from the owner, GM, sales team, and RSVN to the front office
- Ensuring daily inventory updates and management for both leisure/business hotels as well as partner management
- Daily Market Visits in your region
- Solving customer issues by talking to Partners (if required)
- Educating partners through hotel dashboard
- Ensuring the best available rates from hotels compared to other OTAs
- Focused on assigned hotels
- Maintaining liaison with HO
