Job Description
If you want to become a part of this, here are the things you need to do:
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding queries and complaints to provide solutions in an efficient and prompt manner
- Providing customer support over Email, Social media, SMS, and Live chat
- Verifying, confirming and/or canceling placed bookings
- Escalating essential customer issues related to department(s) to bridge the communication gap
- Data analysis and report generating
