Job Responsibilities:
- Expert on GDS like Saber ( Amadeus, Galileo Optional)
- Expert on Good Communication skill English & Bangla with customer.
- Expert knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, and flights
- Expert on customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget
- Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies
- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations
- Must have night working experience
- Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, and tour operators
- Coordination with individuals and corporate clients
