GBO is hiring Business Development Executive 2020 in Dhaka.
Business Acquisition Executives will collaborate with Corporate and Business Unit management in executing initiatives that support Grande Boulevard Online long-term strategic plan and growth objectives. Key activities will entail identifying, evaluating, due diligence review, valuation, and pre-integration planning for acquisitions, investments, and other business ventures, as well as participation in divestiture processes, on a global basis.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and monitor financial performance of Grande Boulevard Online Business Unit competitors.
• Identification, Research and Analysis & complete research assignments in designated industry / business sectors and identify suitable acquisition sellers for the brand.
•Prepare business summaries of acquisition candidates for the Business Heads.
•Provide valuation support through the regular updating and maintenance of appropriate comparable company and comparable acquisition databases related to key e-commerce industry verticals.
•Collaborate with Business Unit accounting and managerial staff in creation of pro forma acquisition target projections.
•Maintain valuation analysis and model templates.
•Acquisition / Divestiture Process Management.
•Ensure timely communication of key deadlines and objectives.
•Manage cross-functional due diligence team toward critical deliverables.
•Maintain deal calendar and regular dialogue with key participants.
• Random Field visits to the sellers every week.

Eligibilities
• In context of divestiture activity, identify potential buyers, develop confidential information (i.e., selling) memoranda, manage sell-side due diligence information gathering and data room compilation, manage day-to-day buyer contact/inquiries, etc.
•Due Diligence Process Management / Coordination.
•Perform financial due diligence in coordination with Business Unit accounting and third party professional resources.
•Serve as daily point of contact regarding information flow to Grande Boulevard Online personnel, as well as requests from corporate functional specialists. Liaise with Business unit management, staff specialists and outside professional resources.
•Manage and track due diligence data versus requests.
•Collect and compile cross-functional due diligence results to inform valuation and transaction negotiation.
• Experience Requirements- 2 to 3 year(s)
• Minimum Bachelors or Masters Degree from any UGC approved Universities
• English Proficiency is a MUST !!!
• Have to be well groomed with sharp IQ
