Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Your primary task will be to perform analytics, establish mechanisms to improve logistics performance of the overall delivery business.
- Analyze and track KPIs to enhance customer and rider experience
- Optimize operations through innovation and process development to implement best practices
- Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in the whole country, by defining our city structure, our incentive schemes and managing our supply/demand relationship
- Digitalize and automate internal processes in all the logistics verticals
- As Associate Operations Manager, you would be expected to design analytical models, study data patterns and conduct trend analysis to utilize a mix of contemporary and traditional data science methods to apply on both structured and unstructured data sets.

Eligibilities
- You must have a bachelors in CS, or Data Sciences. An MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Business would be a plus.
- At least 3+ years of progressive experience in an operational role, preferably with a logistics background, experience in data mining/data interpretation and with stellar quantitative skills would be highly valued
- Knowledge of SQL is a must. R & Python skills are highly preferred.
- You must be extremely comfortable in working on Big Data with different stakeholders in the company like finance, service operations and fleet management teams.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a problem-solving aptitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
- You are comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop) will be a plus.
- You must be adept at G-Suite.
