Job Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage the local corporate sales team; our business is only as good as our amazing teams.
- Effectively scale our processes, and prioritize initiatives, to drive growth and efficiency.
- Identify sales opportunities, initiate contact, negotiate, and close business deals with your corporate sales team.
- Identify corporate account management growth opportunities, keeping an eye on corporate customer retention and avoiding churn.
- Build quarterly business plans and strategies focusing on achieving big wins (top-down approach).
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs. You don’t mind being measured against specific goals. You’ll want to crush these goals.
- Liaison with different departments such as legal, finance, and marketing to align with market strategy and achieve your growth objectives.
- Constantly improve customer experience by finding deals, redefining processes, SOP and engaging with multiple teams to achieve your goal (restaurants, customer care teams, etc.).
- Responsible for managing and monitoring account receivables.
- Responsibility and realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 8 years of total experience in Sales including B2B Sales.
- Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal abilities, sharp critical thinking, and methodical.
- Ability to adapt to fast fast-paced startup culture, chaos will not scare you!
- Driven and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly driven and ambitious person with a can-do and never-give-up attitude.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to spend 50-60% of time in outdoor meetings
- You have a passion for what we’re building.
