Responsibilities :
- Advise and execute on the full spectrum of HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance & reward management, learning & development, offboarding etc.
- Execute HR processes, initiatives and ensure compliance/adherence to HR Policies.
- Drive annual performance & rewards initiatives including Performance Planning & Target Setting, Mid- Year Review, Year End Review, Annual Rewards, etc.
- Drive Talent Management Initiatives such as Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Development, etc.
- Resolve employee performance/ disciplinary issues and address grievances.
- You need to be an expert in dealing with Industrial Relations related activities as well as being super knowledgeable with the law and the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations and as well as advising Managers on the next steps to take.
- Anticipate, address & resolve HR issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions when needed.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention. Suggest and implement new HR Strategies, new procedures, and policies to improve efficiency of HR and employee experience.
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and off-boarding and ensure HR knowledge management is cascaded to all employees periodically.
- Develop and maintain records, reports, organization charts and logs.
- Perform HR operations and administrations including but not limited to prepare correspondence such as salary proposal, ESOS letter and etc.
- Support in the coordination of all staff event
- Assist in improving and maintaining the internal employees’ satisfaction Requirements You are a technology freak, meaning you are great at Excel, PowerPoint and any HR Operations related tools.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working towards a HR Business Partner or as a Generalist.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management (senior management exposure), communication and influencing skills
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and agile
- Excellent facilitation skills to run workshops/focus groups as and when necessary
- Strong execution focus, combined with the ability to multitask, with attention to details, and result-oriented
- Able to see the bigger picture, with service-oriented mind and being agile, focusing on the HR needs of employees and stakeholders respectively Excellent interpersonal skills.
