foodpanda is looking for CRM Manager 2021 in Dhaka.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle at foodpanda through data and analytics
- Develop email / app / sms marketing plans for each segment of the customer lifecycle to drive incremental growth and behavioral change in customers
- Partner with in-house CRM team to drive the best possible results from owned media
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as demand planning, brand & campaigns team to plan end to end campaigns.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics including CTR, open rates and orders and continue to optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing for CRM campaigns to optimize messaging, target segment and coupon scheme.

Eligibilities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing customer lifecycle campaigns
- Experience in using email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Braze)
- Experience in managing CRM data to set up targets to distribute email.
- Ability to track email performance metrics including CTR, open rate and track orders.
- Experience with A/B testing and required analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/multinational environment.
- Advanced level of MS Excel skill.
- Advanced communication skills and proficiency in English to communicate clearly with regional and leadership stakeholders.
- Strong data analytics skills with SQL proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management with proven ability to extract incremental growth
- Experience working with Tableau and SQL
- Experience in working in e-Commerce or telcos
