Foodpanda is looking for Assistant Manager/Manager- Customer Experience, 2023 in Dhaka

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve customer loyalty to foodpanda Bangladesh through different strategies & collaborations
  • Build a strong relationship with the cross functional teams to give a seamless and positive experience to our customer when ordering with us
  • Design a marketplace content framework to optimize the customer journey during order placement
  • Drive projects & initiatives to reduce cancellations, delays, bad compliance, and other behavior affecting customer satisfaction through innovation strategies
  • Analyzing large pool of customer data & take necessary decisions to drive NPS, CSAT & re-order rate 
  • Participate in monthly country calibration sessions
  • Conduct some audits of bad NPS results and customers interaction tickets
  • Develop and execute the customer experience strategy
  • Receive, manage and resolve customer complaints, identifying opportunities for service and process improvement
  • Maintaining awareness of customer experience developments and best practices.

Eligibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another analytical field
  • 4-7 years of relevant working experience
  • Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detailed oriented.
  • Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tool
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing customer experience is a plus
