Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new vendors on the use of tablets and the vendor portal.
- Demonstrate the functionalities and features of the tablet and vendor portal, ensuring vendors understand how to perform essential tasks (Order processing & modification, item unavailable, NS update, invoice clarity, resto portal login etc.)
- Provide ongoing support to vendors post-training to address any questions or issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to tablet operations and the vendor portal.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for vendor reference.
- Gather feedback from vendors on the training process and materials.
- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on vendor feedback.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and changes to the tablet and portal.
- Develop and update training manuals, user guides, video tutorials, and other educational materials.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different vendor groups.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and vendor attendance.
- Prepare reports on training activities and vendor performance post-training.
