Foodpanda is hiring Senior Manager, Performance Optimization 2024 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance within the Logistics team and support driving growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy
- Analytics – Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance, and take customer, rider and vendor experience to the next level!
- Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in foodpanda countries, by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline from a regional level (APAC)
- Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our fleet and rider’s relationships.
- Lead and execute projects within local and global teams to their maximum potential
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure that Logistics is always aligned with the larger vision of the organization
- Help standardize and build out the logistics process for new vertical launches
- Work collaboratively with Territory Team to grow the business by providing conducive infrastructures & rider availability

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Someone who enjoy working with numbers and data
- Strong project management & stakeholder management
- Open to new ideas in the Q- Commerce space
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, management or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on in SQL (Python is an add-on)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Self-learner mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in start-up preferred
