Foodpanda is hiring Marketing Campaign Manager 2021 in Dhaka.
As Campaign Manager, you’ll be working alongside both the entire Bangladesh Marketing Team and Regional Marketing team. Together, you’ll work as a brand keeper in between our global and local teams and use your brand and project management skills to drive all marketing campaigns for Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
- You lead the month on month campaigns Project Management and execution process, including strategising, owning workboards through project management tools and GTM for all campaigns.
- You support the local and central teams with the development, management and improvement of cross-channels marketing campaigns
- You coordinate the creation of brand compliant assets through efficient and timely tasks management (via our task management tool and regular meetings/calls with relevant stakeholders)
- You have a constant overview of the all campaigns for the local marketing team and you always optimise campaigns and strategies for the best results. You are unafraid to push back on ideas/ strategies/ asks that are unscalable or not rooted in our brand.
- As part of the role you will be communicating and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow with the Regional and Global Marketing Teams.

Eligibilities
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in high growth start-up or FMCG, with brand management experience
- You have a demonstrable understanding of project management as well as an appetite to grow to be the best in the industry
- You are familiar with setting up efficient workflow and processes
- You know all relevant marketing formats, which helps you create quickly, detailed briefings for offline and online assets creation
- You are used to owning the execution of complex marketing campaigns from end to end.
- As a qualified candidate you are proactive, goal-oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a reasonable time with a high focus on quality
- Working at foodpanda means not only being a team player but also having a hands on mentality
- Knowledge about the food and e-commerce industry is a big plus.
- You have strong Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel skills
- You have experience with project management tools (ex. Jira)
