Foodpanda is hiring Manager/Asst. Manager, Digital Payment 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Working in close cooperation with our Regional and Global Product / Payments Teams as well as with several other departments.
- Conducting partner exploration, commercial negotiation and product implementation for customer payment, rider collection and payment disbursement projects
- Ensuring smooth business rollouts for all in-house projects and instruments within Digital Payment space
- Ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders (Finance, legal, Customer Operation, Tech, Product etc.) to operationalize any payment related projects within stipulated time
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all digital payments systems and instruments from an internal and external perspective.
- Keep abreast with digital payment regulations and ensure alignment with foodpanda’s business objectives
- Carrying out market research to present the best practices in the world of payments and to document concrete customer requirements
- Optimizing and overseeing issues related to refund, chargeback, product ops, compliance within digital payment operation
- Coordinating existing and future strategic initiatives within fintech space
- Defining and measuring different performance metrics of digital payment operations

Eligibilities
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in digital payments or financial technology, with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently if required, and the willingness to learn new things quickly
- Strong project management and organizational skills and the capability to handle complex projects
- A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Strong requirement analysis skills when it comes to digital payment solutions
