FoodPanda is hiring Director, Growth 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team to create & implement strategic marketing & demand generation initiatives across various marketing & growth functions including performance marketing, social media marketing, demand growth, CRM and partnership
- Creating and implementing the growth marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term sustainable business model strategy
- Responsible for identifying and scaling cost-effective customer acquisition & retention strategies focused on cultivating high quality consumer behavior and ROI
- Taking full ownership of incentive/promotional budget, while defining growth KPIs to drive best-in-class business growth strategies
- Staying up-to-date & evaluating on all internal and/or external changes impacting growth, to promptly maneuver business towards continuous improvement
- Partnering with Marketing, Finance, Commercials, Analytics, Products & Logistics teams to test, measure and drive effective growth initiatives to further improve conversion and spend efficiency
- Adopting & practicing continuous optimization mindset to work cross-functionally for improved growth, ROI & operational excellence
- Motivating and inspiring team members by creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Eligibilities
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with a Bachelors/Masters degree
- High-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum 4 years of team management and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and organization skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and project management skills
- Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas
- Superior persuasion and influencing skills to get the job done
