Food panda is looking for Manager, Talent Acquisition 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and respective hiring departments to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for open positions. Ensure targets and timelines are met for all critical hires.
- Actively pursue all channels (LinkedIn, job portal application, networking etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc).
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Actively study and provide talent insights for each role, to ensure the company keeps up with times
- Work closely with leading universities and collaborate on career opportunities.
- To succeed in the Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will need to be able to work effectively and cooperatively with senior management teams.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed Local or Foreign university with major in HRM
- Overall a minimum of 5-6 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to hiring niche roles
- Willingness and Adaptability to work in a super-fast paced environment
- Experience in using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Experience from Headhunting Agency will be preferred
- Well-organized
- Strong command of English & Bangla languages
