Job Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee the daily operations of assigned programs and centers. Ensure compliance with internal commercial operations processes and standardized guidelines.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate, implement, administer, and evaluate projects and services to achieve organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Develop, monitor, and recommend enhancements to operational processes, procedures, policies, and workflows. Ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, values, goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise professional, paraprofessional, technical/support, and vendor staff. Provide direct and indirect supervision, including hiring, evaluation, and training.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and staff on operational issues and maintain open lines of communication.
- Documentation and Analysis: Create administrative documents, collect and analyze complex data, and perform statistical analysis. Summarize findings in reports and other communication mediums.
- Technology Management: Manage the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of relevant technologies and systems.
- Financial Oversight: Support in developing and administering department budgets, approve expenditures, and review financial statements. Manage financial operations and allocate resources following budget approval. Review and reconcile monthly financial reports.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison to internal cross-functional departments and external agencies and partners. Respond to inquiries and provide information on available resources and services.
- Resource Planning: Identify and maintain adequate reserves for short and long-term business development and operational requirements, including operational plans, contingencies, and service experience operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in meetings, committees, and related groups to communicate program information, services, and relevant updates. Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Eligibilities
job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least Three (3) years of progressively responsible, professional experience related to the area of assignment, including two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience.
Knowledge of:
- Process development and implementation practices.
- Inventory management principles and practices.
- Budgeting, financial and business management principles and practices.
- Marketing principles; Contract & budgeting administration principles.
- Analytical methods and techniques.
- Strategic planning principles.
- Program/project management principles and techniques.

- Developing and monitoring budgets.
- Managing projects.

- Interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and making recommendations in support of goals.
- Speaking in public; Planning and implementing program components.
- Conducting needs analysis & outreach activities.
- Interpreting complex documents.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Basic SQL skills
