Field Nation is looking for Associate Revenue Operations Specialist 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate opportunity approvals in Salesforce, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
- Assist the Customer Success teams in managing upcoming renewal opportunities and maintaining accurate opportunity records.
- Triaging non-standard opportunities to the Sales Operations Manager for support.
- Tracking Sales Order changes, and helping ensure integrity and version control of redlined agreements.
- Monitor sales data within Salesforce and ensure its integrity through use of exception reporting and audits.
- Become an expert in the Sales process, owning documentation and driving adoption with the Sales teams.
- Assist in projects and initiatives within sales tech stacks (including but not limited to Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Conga, HubSpot, and Outreach).
- Administer reports and dashboards and gather feedback from Sales and Customer Success to adjust reports for their needs.
- Facilitate questions and provide front-line support to Stakeholders (including, but not limited to Sales, Finance, and Herman).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any issues related to opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for sales and customer success teams, providing timely assistance and resolution for process-related queries.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement to streamline sales operations.
- Deliver excellent service and foster collaboration across departments

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related role.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Sales or Customer Success teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with sales and customer success workflows is a plus.
