Field Nation is looking for Accounts Receivable Specialists 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact clients through email and phone about account status
- Respond to client inquiries through email or support cases
- Review client account balances and provide statement of accounts as requested
- Answer basic subscription invoice related questions when inquiring about past due balances
- Provide updates to Accounting Manager and Controller about past due clients on a bi-weekly basis
- Take detailed notes and save any client documentation within their Netsuite record
- Escalate materially past due accounts to the accounting manager, and Controller, when necessary
- Coordinate with our third-party collections agency with any perpetually unresponsive and difficult client accounts.
- Record all Netsuite and platform related entries for sending an account to collections agency
- Monitor updates from collections agency and provide follow-up details when requested
- Work closely with in-house legal counsel when client accounts required legal escalation and potential lawsuit
- Update client accounts within Netsuite for any legal action updates and potential lawsuit outcomes.
- Communicate with internal departments to deactivate platform access for accounts sent to collections.
- Maintain professional tone when communicating with clients at all times
- Assist with the month and year-end closing process
- Comply with work policies set by the organization
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
